It has been a busy painting year. Lots of traveling and plein air events.
The highlight has to be a week long trip to Monhegan Island, where I think every plein air painter goes at least once. A group of us rented a house and we were blessed with a week of sunshine and mild temps. I painted the rocks, the cliffs, the surf, the homes and more.
Then it was off to Campobello Island for a week-end, again great weather and great painting. And a week-end up north in Baxter State Park.
Later in the fall, I met with a group of artists on Cape Cod near Provincetown. We had some great discussions and critiques of our paintings. It was, unfortunately, too windy to do much painting, but we did get in a few attempts.
All of these and more are for sale and can be seen under the portfolio tab. ‘Tis the time to do some Christmas shopping!
